Shuttles!

A shuttle bus will be available at the Fairfield and Hampton hotels in White River Junction for transport to the wedding service and reception. We HIGHLY encourage everyone to take the shuttle. Parking at the house is VERY limited and the roads are dark and windy at night.

The pick-up from the Fairfield and Hampton hotels will be at 3:15 PM on September 4th. Please be on time as there is only one shuttle planned. If you are running late, please let someone else know so they can ask the bus to wait.

You will be looking for a large yellow school bus which will be parked in front of the Fairfield Inn and Suites.

There will not be a shuttle to the church for guests at the Norwich Inn. The Norwich Congregational Church is located about 1 block from the Norwich Inn and is an easy walk. Please ask the front desk for directions.

Shuttles for all guests will run from the church to the reception starting at 5 PM.

Return shuttles from the reception back to the hotel will begin running at 9:00 PM. They will run once an hour every hour after that. The last bus will be at 2 AM. The bus will make stops at both the Norwich Inn and the Fairfield/Hampton Hotels in White River Junction. Please make sure the bus driver knows if you need to get off at the Norwich Inn.

Please only drive to the reception if absolutely necessary. If you are a local resident, please consider parking your car near the Norwich Inn or the Congregational Church and taking the shuttle from there.

Please be nice to the driver and tip him generously for his service at the end of the night :)
